Now in pre-construction phase, this section will run north from Rt 7 and Simpaug Tpke to the Redding border, near Fire Hill Rd. It starts at a lovely pond, then heads up into the rolling wooded hills. At the end is a pair of beautiful old stone walls once part of an old sheep farm.
